Getting started

Create your account, add a URL, and reach your first AI Visibility Score in under five minutes.

01

Overview

AIVOLabs measures how your brand appears in answers from ChatGPT and Gemini. You add a URL, run a scan, and receive an AI Visibility Score backed by prompt-by-prompt evidence. Most new accounts reach a first score in under five minutes.

02

Create your account

Sign up with email and password. Every new account starts on the Free plan with one active project and a small monthly run quota. No credit card is required to sign up or to run your first scan.

Email
Used for sign-in and low-volume product notices only.
Password
Minimum eight characters, stored as a bcrypt hash.
Plan
Free tier by default; upgrade any time from Settings.
03

Add your first URL

From the dashboard, click Add Project and paste the root URL of the brand you want to track. The URL is normalized to a bare domain — protocol, www, and trailing slashes are stripped before storage.

One project per domain

The Free and Starter plans cap active projects. Archived projects keep their history and can be re-added later.

04

Run your first analysis

Click Start Analysis. The scanner sends a curated set of prompts to ChatGPT and Gemini, captures the raw responses, and parses brand mentions, competitor mentions, and citations. Runs finish in two to four minutes on average.

# What happens during a run
1. Generate prompts from your brand + category
2. Query ChatGPT and Gemini in parallel
3. Parse mentions, citations, and competitor domains
4. Compute the AI Visibility Score
5. Persist evidence and surface the dashboard
05

Read your first score

The AI Visibility Score is a 0–100 composite. Underneath it sit four subscores — presence, position, coverage, and consistency — plus a confidence band that widens when the sample size is small. Click any prompt in the evidence table to see the exact response snippet the parser scored.
