These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIVOLabs. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing AIVOLabs, you confirm you have the authority to bind the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AIVOLabs provides software to scan AI platforms for brand mentions and to report visibility metrics. We continuously improve the service; features may be added or retired with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Account access is currently email/password based.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use AIVOLabs to send abusive, unlawful, or prohibited prompts.
- Reverse engineer, sublicense, or resell the service.
- Attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of AIVOLabs.
- Circumvent rate limits or scan domains you do not own or represent.
5. Fees & billing
Plans are usage-based. You can upgrade or manage billing in-app through Stripe. Free includes 3 lifetime audits, Starter includes 20 audits per month (UTC reset), and Pro includes unlimited audits.
6. Intellectual property
AIVOLabs and its trademarks are owned by AIVO Labs, Inc. Content you submit to the service remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
7. Term & termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use AIVOLabs. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days.
8. Warranty & liability
AIVOLabs is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the federal or state courts of New York County.
