AIVO Labs, Inc. (“AIVOLabs”, “we”, “us”) provides AI visibility analytics software. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services or visit our website.
1. Overview
We believe privacy shouldn't be a puzzle. We only collect data that is necessary to provide and improve AIVOLabs, and we never sell personal data to third parties. Where applicable, we act as a data processor under agreement with our customers.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Name, work email, company name, password hash, and basic preferences.
- Project data. Domains, prompts, competitors, and run results you configure in the product.
- Usage telemetry. Feature usage, page views, and error events — anonymized and used to improve the product.
- Plan and usage details. Plan tier and quota usage metadata required to enforce plan limits.
3. How we use information
Information is used to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the AIVOLabs service.
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse.
- Send transactional email (account, security, and support updates).
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service — hosting, authentication, model execution, email, and error reporting providers. The current list of sub-processors is available in our DPA.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@aivolabs.xyz. We also provide limited in-app data controls in Settings.
6. Retention
Active project and run data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Logs are retained for 90 days. Deleted data is removed from backups within 35 days.
7. International transfers
AIVOLabs is headquartered in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary safeguards.
